1. Services Offered We provide professional notary public and process serving services in King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties. Our services include, but are not limited to: Mobile notary services Loan signing services Process service of legal documents Document retrieval, delivery, and notarization All services are subject to availability and are performed in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. 2. Eligibility By using our services, you confirm that: You are at least 18 years of age You have the legal authority to engage our services All documents submitted for service or notarization are lawful 3. Appointments and Cancellations Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. "No-shows" or inability to complete service due to client error may incur the full service fee. 4. Payment Terms Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, and electronic payments (Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, etc.). Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur a 10% late fee. Returned checks may be subject to additional fees. 5. Refund Policy All sales are final once services have been rendered. In cases where service is unsuccessful due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address, subject evasion), the client remains responsible for applicable fees. 6. Limitation of Liability We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, court closures). While we exercise due diligence in every case, we do not guarantee service completion in instances of evasion, avoidance, or inaccessible locations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. 7. Privacy Policy We respect your privacy.
