Notary Services

Standard notarization: $15 per stamp
Mobile travel within 10 miles: $25
Additional mileage after 10 miles: $1.00 per mile
Loan signing package: $125–$175
After-hours or weekend appointment: Add $25
Wait time after 15 minutes: $1 per minute
Remote Online Notarization (R.O.N.): $25 for the first notarial act
Additional R.O.N. acts in the same session: $10 each
Any required third-party platform or identity-verification fee will be disclosed before booking.

Notary Payment Policy

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your total balance. The remaining balance is due at the start of the appointment.

Process Serving

Each fee covers one address and up to 4 attempts. Prices shown are starting rates; the service address may change the final fee.

Routine service (3–5 days): Starting at $75
Rush service (1–2 days): Starting at $100
Same-day service: Starting at $125
Stakeout: $75 per hour (2-hour minimum)

Process Serving Payment Policy

Payment is required in full before any service attempts are made. No refund will be issued if service is completed on the first attempt. Additional addresses and attempts beyond the 4 included attempts will incur additional charges.

Document printing/preparation up to 25 pages: Included
Printing beyond 25 pages: $0.25 per page
Additional person at the same address: $25 when served during the same visit
Affidavit of Non-Service for a bad address or unsuccessful service: Included

All services require a confirmed appointment and completed intake form. Discounts may be available for law firms, real estate professionals, and repeat clients.

Law firms, title companies, property managers, and other organizations may request written quotes for recurring assignments or higher-volume service needs. Final pricing depends on the scope, location, timing, and service requirements.
